Mike O’Rourke, our esteemed President and Owner, brings a wealth of experience with over 35 years in the insurance industry, including roles as a Regional Sales Manager, claims handling expert, and commercial insurance specialist. Holding prestigious certifications such as CIC and AIC, Mike is licensed in both Property and Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance. Beyond his professional life, he’s deeply rooted in Central Ohio for four decades, emphasizing the importance of family and community. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys exploring new places, cheering for his favorite sports teams (Go Steelers! Go Phillies!), and creating cherished memories with his wife, daughters, beloved grandchildren, and dog Bodhi.
Nick Climer, Partner Agent at Family First Insurance Group, Inc.
Nick Climer, our dedicated Partner Agent, graduated in 2019 from the University of Toledo, boasting a double major in Professional Sales and Marketing. While relatively new to the insurance industry, Nick leverages his prior experience in sales and management, honed over 2 years as a sales territory manager and 2.5 years in inside sales and management roles. He’s a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent, and his passion for family, community, and Ohio football makes him an invaluable asset to our team at Family First Insurance Group, Inc. Whether it’s providing insurance solutions or sharing the excitement for the Buckeyes or the Bengals, Nick is here to support you. Outside of work, you can find Nick enjoying his time with his wife, Holly, and son, Rhys.
